Shipping Policy
At Silvaniya, we understand the excitement of receiving your jewellery. We have partnered with Blue Dart Express Ltd. to ensure that your silver shines its way to you safely and swiftly.
1. Order Processing Time
- All ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 1β2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking (AWB) number.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro Cities (Tier 1): 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Non-Metro Cities (Tier 2 & 3): 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Remote/Restricted Areas: 7 to 10 business days.
Note: Timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Courier Partner & Tracking
- We exclusively use Blue Dart for Pan-India shipments to guarantee safety and reliability.
- You can track your order using the AWB number on the Blue Dart website or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Prepaid Delivery on all orders within India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), an advance payment of βΉ100 is required at checkout to confirm the order. This amount is adjusted against the final bill and is fully refundable only if the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect.
5. Un-deliverable & RTO (Return to Origin) Packages
- Blue Dart will attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable, the package will be returned to us.
- If an order is returned (RTO) due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
6. Packaging & Security
- Every Silvaniya piece is securely packed in our signature branded boxes and placed in tamper-proof courier bags.
- Important: If the outer packaging appears tampered with or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Contact us immediately so we can investigate and send a replacement.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within India. We are working on opening international shipping soon!
