Return & Cancellation Policy
At Silvaniya, every piece of jewellery is crafted and packed with immense love and care. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or encounter an issue. Here is our policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations by Customer
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched from our facility.
- To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@silvaniya.com with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
- Once an order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation request.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders (Prepaid)
- If you cancel your prepaid order within the 24-hour window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- The refund will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
3. Cancellation of COD Orders
- If you cancel a COD order within 24 hours, the ₹100 advance payment will be fully refunded to your original source account within 5–7 business days.
4. Order Cancellations by Silvaniya
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is suddenly out of stock or fails our final quality check.
- There is an error in pricing or product information on the website.
- The delivery pin code is unserviceable by our courier partner (Blue Dart).
- Suspicion of a fraudulent transaction.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a 100% refund will be initiated immediately.
Return Policy
We take absolute pride in our quality and perform strict quality checks before dispatching any order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help!
1. Conditions for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You have received a manufacturing defect.
- You have received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "I didn't like the design," "size issues" (as sizes are standard), or "change of mind" after delivery.
2. The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule
To process any return or refund claim, an Unboxing Video is strictly mandatory. This helps us verify the condition in which you received the package.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
- The video must start with a clear view of the sealed courier bag and the shipping label (AWB number).
- The video must be a single, uncut, and continuous recording (no pauses or edits).
- The opening of the outer bag, the Silvaniya box, and the inspection of the jewellery must be clearly visible in the video.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, it must be shown clearly in the video.
Claims without a valid, continuous unboxing video will unfortunately be rejected.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at support@silvaniya.com with the subject line “Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Attach the unboxing video and clear photos of the defect to the email.
4. Return Process & Refunds
- Once our team reviews the video and approves the return, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address via Blue Dart.
- Please pack the product securely in its original Silvaniya box, including the ziplock pouch, tags, and invoice.
- Once the product reaches our facility and passes the inspection, we will initiate your refund.
- For Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD Orders: We will ask for your bank details/UPI ID, and the amount (including the ₹100 advance) will be transferred within 5–7 business days.
